Cape Breton Flag custom sewn right in house with 200D nylon. This material has been industry standard for many years. Referred to as 'heavy weight' nylon, this material is the fabric of choice for hand crafted, custom-sewn flags. Fly end is reinforecd with 4 rows of stitching. Sleeve finish is grommets.

200D / 210D - 200 and 210 Denier Nylon, 3 times heavier than 70D. Hand sewn flags are sewn on 200D. Fabric is marine grade & exceeds government standards.
